1. Nearly all pension related services for Unions are outsourced (expensive)

2. Nearly all TPA services are using old legacy mainframe solutions

3. Nearly all customer service for members is performed by third parties (TPAs - not unionized) and not branded their #Union, but the company providing the service.

Old TPA legacy systems can't talk to other modern systems.
