description
CompreCultures provides training programs for corporations which have a multicultural element - are either currently global, planning to go global or made up of members from multiple cultures. CompreCultures is the licensed partner of Richard Lewis Communications, UK in Atlantic Canada.

Training is delivered through a variety of seminars and workshops including:
• Cross-Cultural Competence
• Seminars on specific cultures and countries
• Recruiting & Managing Culturally different Employees
• Multicultural Teams - Dynamics, Barriers, & Bridges
• India Insights: Working with India - Barriers and Bridges

We believe that there is no 'one-size fits all' solution. There is no ready-made template to fit your unique organization and the individuals within it. All of our solutions are customized for each client based on their needs. Our workshops take a deeper look at cultural diversity issues and build awareness and capacity for successful interaction with culturally different employees, clients, and partners worldwide. These workshops instill an understanding of what defines culture, how it impacts your organization, and how to leverage it fully to continue building successful relationships. Our programs are easily adapted to meet an organization's specific situation, specific locations, and specific areas of focus. These events are conducted with a hands-on atmosphere making use of case studies, role-plays, simulations and discussion.

The aim is not just to improve participants' knowledge and understanding about cultural differences but also to provide them with some tools for dealing with those differences.
