Prop2Go has created a web application, this software is used as an advertising tool for property owners across Canada. Prop2Go uses the software as a medium to connect property owners and property seekers. The software allows property owners to advertise their property (e.g. houses, apartments, condos, commercial property, and land) that is for sale and for rent online. Online advertisement provides greater public exposure for available property.

Prop2Go also offers services geared towards larger property owners. Through an individualized online "portal", property owners can list all of their properties together. This, in turn, reduces the amount of traditional advertisements (e.g., newspaper ads) required. Rather than pay for multiple advertisements, property owners can list one advertisement with information directing renters to their specific portal.

Prop2Go's software will allow property seekers to intelligently search online for property that best fits their needs. Prop2Go is currently in Beta, therefore, the organization is actively seeking funds to finalize the product and release it on a national scale.
