With over five years of experience in spearheading artificial intelligence and machine learning projects for Canada's ocean sector, Jen is a visionary and strategic leader who leverages strong digital acuity to promote growth and innovation. As the Chief Growth & Investment Officer at Canada's Ocean Supercluster (OSC), she provides oversight of OSC’s investment portfolio and engage with partners and experts on a global basis to drive the Technology Leadership Program.

She is also a board member at Halifax Harbour Bridges Commission, serving as past chair of the Audit & Finance Committee and currently serve as chair of the Major Projects Committee. She was a member of the AI Public Awareness Working Group under the Government of Canada Advisory Council on AI and co-founder of the Halifax Chapter of Women in Machine Learning and Data Science (WiMLDS)Jennifer was a 2021 DataIQ Top 100 Influential Person in AI. She is passionate about transforming the ocean sector with AI and digital adoption and supporting the economic development and sustainability of Canada's ocean economy.
